The Sacramento RISE Hub is dedicated to empowering immigrant communities by providing connection to vital support and resources. Our mission is to connect at-risk individuals, their families, and communities with essential community systems such as legal services, schools, labor unions, and local governments.
Our communication and collaboration with the community involves proactively sharing vetted information and soliciting updates and feedback from Hub members. As part of a statewide network, we ensure local families have timely, trusted information and tools to navigate changing immigration landscapes.

When urgent situations arise—such as ICE activity or detentions—timely, coordinated support is critical. RISE Hub strengthens rapid response efforts across the Sacramento region by linking community partners, trained legal experts, and support networks. Together, we act quickly to protect rights and prevent unnecessary harm to immigrant families.

RISE Hub provides screenings, referrals, and community-based support for immigrants navigating the legal system on their own through pro se legal assistance. By helping individuals understand their rights and legal options, we ensure that community members have the tools and information they need to move forward with confidence, even without formal representation.

Knowledge is power—especially when communities are targeted by shifting immigration policies. RISE Hub delivers Know Your Rights education to immigrant families, students, and institutions, helping them understand their legal protections and how to respond during encounters with immigration enforcement. These trainings are tailored to empower and prepare our communities.
